Located at 3515 Bridgeport Way W, University Place, WA, this project involved the ground-up construction of a 35,611-square-foot Whole Foods grocery store situated above a 34,000-square-foot subterranean parking structure. Completed in 2016, the development included on- and off-site improvements. Designed by DDG Architects, Seattle, and built by Abbott Construction, the total project value was $5,736,000.
