Located at 4745 40th Ave SW in Seattle, WA, Broadstone Sky involved the demolition of a two-story office building to make way for a six- and seven-story, 168,800-square-foot residential complex. Completed in July 2014, the development features 151 one- and two-bedroom apartments and 16 live/work units. Designed by Encore Architects and built by Alliance Pacific Northwest Builders, Inc., the project was valued at $30,311,000.
