Preconstruction Phase Consulting Services

RAA provides an invaluable third party approach to the evaluation of construction projects by performing a thorough analysis of the plans and specifications, project costs, construction schedule and overall constructability of the improvements. The documents are evaluated for completeness, and compatibility between the design disciplines, including zoning and entitlements, ADA/FHA design requirements, Fire and Life/Safety code compliance and conformance with generally accepted construction practices.

Contracts between the owner and professional services providers and owner/contractor agreement are reviewed with the intent to reduce the risk of future litigation. A summary report is then prepared listing the discrepancies or deficiencies identified.
