George is a Michigan native that has worked on multiple project types in multiple states. He has recently lived and worked in Arizona continuously for over 16 years and now travels between Michigan and Arizona. He has experience in single family residential, office, retail, grocery, food service/restaurants, correctional, educational, medical, religious, hospitality, and new construction and renovation including but not limited to shell and tenant improvement projects.
George has taken his education and experience and practices his craft using the acquired skills to add value to the experience of a project from start to finish. His design goals incorporate elements of Feng Shui where possible and focus on the holistic approach to buildings and implementing a standard of sustainability that does more than be “less bad,” which involves net zero and regenerative goals of a building design and operation along with the building’s place within its surroundings.
Mr. Rozansky also has various continuing education and credits for training in post-occupancy evaluation, BIM, 3D modeling and rendering, biophilic design, sustainability, various building materials and technology, sustainable building design, building and climate resiliency, Xeriscaping, vulnerability assessments, rooftop deck systems, green building materials, net zero energy/carbon, regenerative design and systems, daylighting and energy performance, healthy materials, life cycle assessment, sustainable communities, urban/community agriculture and food systems, and Parksmart.
