The owner of Realty Asset Advisors SW, Inc. brings a wealth of experience in project management, budget development, and schedule control, managing a diverse array of projects from single-use facilities to multi-tenant, mixed-use developments. He has played a crucial leadership role in coordinating and managing Due Diligence teams for numerous multi-million-dollar bulk real estate portfolio transactions on behalf of prominent clients such as insurance companies, lenders, pension funds, REITs, and private sector clients on a national scale. His expertise has also extended to providing expert witness testimony involving construction defects and forensic accounting.

His notable projects include serving as Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for the GlenEagles Apartments in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he oversaw interior renovations and related improvements. In Los Angeles, California, he managed interior design services and renovations for the Blvd on Wilshire. His work in Omaha, Nebraska, included the development and marketing of the Whispering Hollow Subdivision, where he redesigned model homes, developed a marketing program, and managed construction. His extensive experience also includes managing significant projects like the Broadstone Sky in Seattle, Washington, and the Broadstone Pearl in Portland, Oregon, providing comprehensive oversight and quality control. Additionally, he has successfully managed historic restorations, commercial renovations, and tenant improvements, showcasing his versatile expertise and dedication to delivering high-quality real estate projects.
